1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We use trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. Our standard shipping method typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500. A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹1500, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options on our website.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use the provided tracking link to stay updated on your shipment status.

7. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to unavoidable factors like weather conditions, logistical issues, or government restrictions. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any such delays.

8. Failed Deliveries / Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
